HAOMEI Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-end metal strips for conductive and cable applications. The company operates two major production bases, located in Gongyi City and the Xin'an Industrial Zone in Luoyang City, Henan Province, covering a total area of 30000 square meters.
HAOMEI Aluminum employs over 1,000 staff members and is equipped with 10 continuous casting production lines and more than 20 other pieces of large-scale processing equipment, boasting an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
The company possesses a comprehensive metal strip production system, featuring a full range of machinery including continuous casting and rolling lines, cold rolling and finishing mills, precision slitting and edging equipment, and continuous annealing and tension leveling systems.

Company Strength
1. The aluminum strip production process adheres to the national standard GB/T 3190-2020 1050/1060/1070/1350/5052/5154 alloy composition, with fine-tuning of the alloy formula ratio to achieve high strength and high elongation.
2. A segmented annealing method is used, adjusting the linear relationship between annealing temperature rise and fall, and extending the holding time to ensure uniform annealing of the material.
3. Considering the specific characteristics of cable equipment, the slitting equipment and winding device are continuously improved, allowing the slit products to directly meet the needs of electrical equipment with different apertures, reducing rewinding steps and lowering costs.
4. Imported cutting tools are used, and the slitting equipment is upgraded to ensure that the aluminum strip is straight, with flat ends, free of wavy edges, curled edges, and burrs after slitting.
5. Based on the usage characteristics of cable equipment, a strip winding device has been independently developed, and rewinding products have been developed for direct customer use, eliminating the need for rewinding and reducing operating costs.
Production Equipment
The company has complete equipment guarantees and reliable quality testing. It currently has hot rolling and cold rolling production lines, annealing furnaces, imported slitting machines, tension straightening machines, roll bending machines, etc.
The process is: cold rolled coil - cold rolling - intermediate annealing - foil rolling - annealing - packaging finished products. It mainly produces 1 series, 3 series, 5 series and 8 series aluminum plates, aluminum strips, aluminum foils and other series products.
