Color coated aluminum alloy strip is a functional material produced by coating the surface of an aluminum alloy substrate with high-performance organic coatings such as polyester (PE) or fluorocarbon (PVDF). It is specifically designed for outer armoring protection of power cables, communication cables, and control cables.
Based on 5000 series Al-Mg alloys combined with environmentally friendly PE/PVDF coatings, this product offers a superior balance of lightweight performance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and aesthetic appearance. Compared with traditional galvanized steel strip or bare aluminum strip, it provides enhanced durability and allows easy visual identification through customized colors and patterns. It is widely used in cable protection systems in complex environments, especially where high corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance, and long service life are required.

Structure of Color coated Aluminum Strip
Common Aluminum Alloys
